Dazu geh\u00f6ren die Interferometrie, die Speckle-Muster-Analyse oder strukturierte Laserlichtmuster zur Messung von Eigenschaften wie Abstand, Form oder Oberfl\u00e4chenrauheit.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Interferometrie werden zwei oder mehr Lichtstrahlen verwendet, um ein Interferenzmuster zu erzeugen, das zur Messung des Abstands zwischen dem Objekt und dem Messger\u00e4t verwendet werden kann. Die Speckle-Muster-Analyse nutzt die Art und Weise, wie Licht an einer rauen Oberfl\u00e4che gestreut wird, um die Oberfl\u00e4chenrauhigkeit zu bestimmen.
