Alle Daten werden mit dem ATOS Q in einem Koordinatensystem erfasst.\r\n\r\nZun\u00e4chst werden einige Referenzpunkte am Rumpf angebracht. Anschlie\u00dfend werden mithilfe der Photogrammetriekamera und der Software die Koordinaten der Punkte mit hoher Genauigkeit gemessen. Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt werden die Organe in Position gebracht. An jedem hinzugef\u00fcgten Teil werden drei Referenzpunkte angebracht.\r\nNun wird eine zweite Bildserie aufgenommen. Aus diesen Bildern werden die sichtbaren Referenzpunktkoordinaten gemessen. Anhand der in beiden Messungen definierten Punkte am Rumpf wird die zweite Punktmenge in das ,durch die erste Messung definierte, Koordinatensystem Sind die Teile im Vergleich zum gew\u00e4hlten Messbereich des ATOS-Digitalisierungssystems klein, sind keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Referenzpunkte am Teil erforderlich. Das Teil ist auf einem schwarzen Steckbrett montiert. Auf der Platine werden um das Teil herum zus\u00e4tzliche Referenzpunkte platziert.\r\nAnschlie\u00dfend wird die Baugruppe aus verschiedenen Ansichten digitalisiert, wobei die Referenzpunkte auf dem Steckbrett verwendet werden, um die verschiedenen Ansichten in einem Koordinatensystem zusammenzuf\u00fchren. Die drei vordefinierten Referenzpunkte dienen der Zusammenf\u00fchrung der Daten in das globale Koordinatensystem. Bei Bedarf wird das Teil gedreht, um eine vollst\u00e4ndige Abdeckung des Teils zu Teil bewegt, um alle ben\u00f6tigten Bereiche abzudecken. Die Transformation der einzelnen Punktwolken erfolgt automatisch anhand der angelegten Referenzpunkte. Mit dieser Methode werden gro\u00dfe Objekte Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt mit hoher Genauigkeit digitalisiert. Der Fortschritt des Scanvorgangs wird auf dem Bildschirm visualisiert, sodass der gesamte Scanvorgang einfach und unkompliziert ist.\r\nMit der Software GOM Inspect k\u00f6nnen die Messdaten vorverarbeitet und in verschiedenen Formaten ausgegeben werden, um den Anforderungen der Anwendung gerecht zu werden. Es k\u00f6nnen Punktewolken hoher Dichte, Abschnitte sowie ausged\u00fcnnte STL-Daten generiert werden. Normalerweise werden STL-Daten verwendet, um ein RP-Modell erstellen zu lassen oder die Daten zu
