ZEISS ScanPort is a complete solution for 3-axis automation with just one click. It is a mobile and flexible semi-automated system that delivers metrologically flawless data. Operated with ZEISS INSPECT, ZEISS ScanPort is your all-in-one solution to capture all details of small to medium-sized parts.

Metrology-grade quality

ZEISS ScanPort offers high accuracy and fast, precise 3D data. Fringe Projection Technology and Blue Light Technology guarantee the highest quality. This is tested based on ISO 10360.

3-axis automated 3D scanning

ZEISS ScanPort is a semi-automated all-in-one solution. The automated arm, which moves up and down and tilts backwards or upwards, offers 3-axis automation in combination with the rotation table. The sensor therefore measures from different distances and angles, capturing every detail of the measured part.

Mobile and flexible

ZEISS ScanPort brings automation to you, wherever you need it. Simply place it and you can start measuring your part, even directly in production. Its lightweight and modular design makes it easy to transport or move around. For added flexibility, you can take off the 3D scanner to also measure large parts. ZEISS ScanPort is available in different versions, that allow you to choose the resolution according to the details you need.

Extended software for extended uses

ZEISS INSPECT is our all-inclusive, easy-to-use 3D metrology software. With this powerful software, mesh editing, CAD comparison or 3D model creation is done with just a few clicks. Extended software capabilities such as the kiosk mode ensure that you can make the most of measuring with this system. In this mode, ZEISS ScanPort is operator-independent and anyone can measure and inspect the required parts.

Template-based scanning

The pre-defined scanning templates in ZEISS INSPECT don’t require any setup. Just position the part and start scanning. Customizable templates allow you to add additional instructions to the measuring setup.

Reproduce your scan in one go

ZEISS ScanPort is a powerful solution for the repeated inspection of complex, similar parts. With motion replay, you can repeat the same measurement with just one click, whereby the inspection for the second part is automatically updated. You can even see deviations between all measured parts, allowing you to quickly identify trends between the parts.

High repeatability and accuracy

ZEISS ScanPort in combination with ZEISS INSPECT offers high repeatability and accuracy. With motion replay and scanning templates, repeatability is easier than ever. With just one click, you can reproduce your entire scan. ZEISS ScanPort is a reliable and powerful solution for all your measuring tasks.

Workflow assistant

The workflow assistant in ZEISS INSPECT guides you step by step through typical measurement tasks. Simply choose what you want to do, such as scanning multiple parts at once, and follow the instructions. With ZEISS ScanPort and ZEISS INSPECT you are supported throughout your entire metrological workflow.

Quick calibration

Recalibration of ZEISS ScanPort is very easy and automated. With the included DAKKS/Ilac-certified hyperscale, a quick and one-shot calibration ensures your sensor delivers high-quality data.
